Is it possible to train a gardenia plant into a tree and how do i do it?

Katiebug that is very impossible! First and foremost it is already programmed to be such. You cannot do such thing as training it to be a tree. I believe there is no reason for doing that. However my answer does not suggest that it is impossible in the next ten years i guess.
