i have a gardenia it has yellow and green leaves that look like spider veins. i just gave it some fertilizer and i see new leaves growing and the leaves looks more greener on the new sprouts. does anyone have any ideas on treating the leaves. using things around the house like garlic or coffee grounds.

I don't think there is anything you can do about it. The plant may have had a deficiency when these leaves were growing. It could also be Mosaic virus. I've lost the name of the site, but it's out there. You might look into Iron Chelate if it is a deficiency.
