the pokemon i have are, prinlup,geodude,chingling,meditite,pachi... and ponyta. mind u my ponyta still hasnt learned ember yet... im working on tht. can anyone give a combination of moves i can use with my remaining pokemon to beat her. ive tried more than 3 times nothing works..dang roserade..
How can I beat gardenia in pokemon diamond ?
Get a flying type pokemon. Zubat, Starly are excellent choice. Dump Chingling since you already have meditite. Physic does wonders on poison types, Roserade is grass/poison.
Reply:train ponyta to learn ember, or trade with someone who has the fire blast TM. You can get it at vielstone, but you have to beat the 2nd gym.

Reply:well, i sugest switching out geodude and piplup for other things, like a good bug type and a starly or starvia.
also, try leveling up a buch, that always helps
Reply:none of those are strong against grass types. use types like flying, fire, poisin
Reply:just train your ponyta until it learns ember and i guess thats all you can do for the time being
